Q:
How does NewVision Anti-fog work?
A: The
patented coating on NewVision Anti-Fog functions by causing moisture
to spread invisibly into an even layer, rather than forming the vision
obscuring drops known as fog.
Q:
Where can Anti-Fog Film be applied?
A: NewVision
Anti-Fog film can be applied on various applications:
- racecar
windshields
- freezer doors
- mirrors
- airplane windows
- enclosed signs
- shower doors
Q:
How hard is NewVision Anti-fog film to install?
A: We recommend
either having one of our experts installers or a local tint shop near
you to install the film. Being that the film is very thin, it can be
creased and the film ruined before installed on the application. The
film is also very easy to scratch when it is dry, so keeping the film
wet during install is a must.
Q:
How long does the film take to cure before it can be put to use?
A: After
installed, NewVision Anti-fog should cure for between 24 and 48 hours.
The length of time all depends on the weather conditions and environment
in which it was installed.
Q:
How do I clean NewVision Anti-fog film?
A: Once
the film has been installed and had time to cure, simply cleaning with
water and a squeegee will suffice. You have to be very careful with
NewVision Anti-fog film as it will scratch very easily. Also using a
window cleaner will work and not bother the properties of the film.
Q:
How long will my NewVision Anti-fog last inside my racecar?
A: NewVision
Anti-fog film should last through at least a season. In some cases it
will last longer or shorter depending on the use and abuse. It is important
to only clean the film when necessary due to the lack of a scratch coat
making it easy to score.
